Open House – Tonight 6pm for parents of 4th -8th graders and 7pm for parents for preK- 3rd graders.  Exhibits will be set up in the gym.  A general meeting will be held in the cafeteria, then parents will move to the classrooms.

Tuition Assistance - Contact the office if you would like to apply for financial assistance for the ’10-’ 11 school year.

Cub Pride – SES car decals are available for $5.00.  Send money in a sealed envelope with child’s name and labeled “Decal”.

Labels, Box Tops, etc. – Help our school earn money!  SES is still collecting box tops, community coffee labels, Shurfine & Shurfresh labels, Sunny Delight UPC labels, Can Pop tops, Ink Jet Cartridges and old cell phones & My Coke Rewards.  You can also go to the following web sites for information about these programs: http://www.communitycofee.com/ccc/default.aspx , http://www.boxtops4education.com/ and mycokerewards.com.

Calendar – Check the  calendar on the website often.  Reminders can be sent to you by clicking on the event and entering your information.

Yearbooks - Extra 2009-2010 yearbooks are available in the office.  The cost is $30.00. 

Transportation – Parents please refer to the handbook regarding the policy for transportation changes.  The way your child is getting home can  be changed during the day in cases of emergency only.  Students cannot be checked out after 1:45 pm. 

Snack Sale – Friday – all items 50 cents.

5th Grade Parent Breakfast- Wednesday, August 25 beginning at 7am.

Sodality Meeting – Monday, August 30 until 3 pm.  Parents,  please send a permission slip giving your child permission to stay after-school for the meeting and indicating how they will be getting home.  Students can be sent to aftercare after the meeting.

Sodality Induction Friday, Sept.3 - Everyone is invited to attend the induction of the new 7th grade sodalists after mass on Friday.

Scrip – Scrip orders are due in the office on Tuesday mornings by 9am.  They can be picked up on Fridays.  Please see the order form to the right.

Cafeteria Payments – Parents, please write the child(ren)’s name and grade on the check when making a lunch payment.
